The Costa Blanca

The Costa Blanca is the name that identifies an area in the province of Alicante. It is located in the south east of Spain, and is the southern most province of Valencia.

There are 200 miles of coastline, bathed by the Mediterranean Sea and it’s pleasant climate with average temperatures above 18 degrees Celsius ,300 days of the year, make it the ideal place to spend a holiday.costa-blanca-map


There are hidden parks, forests and thickets such as the Montgo Natural Park, The Nature Park Carrascal de la Font Rotja, La Serra de Mariola or The Serra Gelada Nature Park. The centuries old Mediterranean flora makes rural tourism very popular in the inland villages.

There are endless possibilities for sports, leisure activities and sightseeing on the Costa Blanca. Starting from North to South we have Denia and Javea, Calpe and Moraira, as well as Altea, Albir and Benidorm, then Villajoyosa, El Campello and Alicante to Santa Pola, Torrevieja and finally Orihuela.

Cultural activities include heritage sites, museums, theatres, hand made crafts, markets and fairs all of which await the visitor when they arrive on the Costa Blanca.
